About the Venue:
Copia Farms is a complete Craft Beverage Experience featuring wineries, breweries and a distillery.
Fish Brewing - From its home in beautiful Olympia, Washington, Fish Brewing Company has been hand-crafting ales of Northwest proportions since 1993. Founded by Crayne and Mary Horton and a few dozen local investors, Fish began operations humbly. With a 15-barrel brew house, and two 15-barrel fermenters, they brewed for their neighbors up and down Puget Sound. Growing steadily since, Fish is now an award-winning craft brewer with distribution throughout the great Pacific Northwest and beyond. Today, three distinct brands make their home under Fish Brewing Company's roof: Fish Tale Ales, Spire Mountain Cider and Leavenworth Biers.
Silver Lake/Roza Hills Winery - Founded in 1987, Silver Lake Winery is Washington’s largest consumer owned winery. At Silver Lake Winery, they offer award-winning premium, super-premium and ultra-premium wines that you can enjoy today or cellar for the future.
Grapeworks Distillery - A love project, 43 years in the making! Celeste and Sal met in 1970, while Celeste was in California as a foreign exchange student from Chile. They fell in love then, but had to go their seperate ways. In 2011, Sal found Celeste on Facebook, the spark was re-ignited. As they compared their lives, they discovered they both had something in common, wine. Sal had started Silver Lake Winey in 1987 and owned a vineyard in Zillah, WA, Celeste's father owned a vineyard in Talca, Chile. Together they started to tour the wine country of each others countries and on a visit to Chile and Peru, Sal learned about the Chilean drink, Pisco. Sal was fascinated with this ancient spirit made from grapes and suggested to Celeste that perhaps they could try to make this together in the United States. In 2013, this dream became a reality.
