This is a special Beer + Yoga event. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit Street Yoga. The afternoon begins with an hour long, all levels, Yoga practice. Following our practice we will learn a little more about Street Yoga's mission then move to the bar for a pint of your favorite Lagunita's brew. Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some of Seattle's finest craft beers, and support your community.
About the Cause: Street Yoga builds capacity in youth through yoga and mindfulness to overcome suffering and cope with trauma.They accomplish this in two ways; offering trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness classes at organizations that serve youth who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and by equipping professionals who work with youth with trauma-sensitive tools for integrating yoga and mindfulness into their work. About the Venue: The Lagunitas Brewing Co. was not so much an act of ordinary 'foundling' as it was willed into being by the unspoken desire of supportive beer-lovers in Northern California after which they continued to nurture their creation and urged us forward to fulfill the unifying needs of that same beer-loving diaspora from coast to coast and beyond. It is good to have friends!

What should I bring?
A Yoga mat, water bottle and an attitude of gratitude.
What time do doors open?
Doors open at 12 pm. We advise arriving early to give you a chance to set up your mat and get to know those around you.
Can I bring my children?
We love the little ones, but this is an adults only activity
Can I bring my dog?
Lagunita's is a pup friendly establishment. You are welcome to bring your furry friend to hang out after Yoga.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Street parking is available.

No, tickets are not transferrable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Nope. In fact, we encourage you to use your mobile ticket. Save the trees!
