About the Venues:
Locust Cider was founded by brothers Jason and Patrick in March 2015 with the mission of making outstanding hard cider using the fruit that is most available in Washington- the eating apple. Washington growers produce 60% of the apples in the United States, and cider-specific varieties are in a major shortage, so we set out to put innovative spins on classic cider-making methods to bring out the best in the everyday apple.
Dirty Bucket Brewing Co. started over exactly that; a dirty bucket. Brewing in the garage and pondering the idea of creating a place where they could share their beers and passion for creating them. After taking that leap of faith towards brewing as a profession they needed a name. Holding true to their "Home Brewing" roots the name Dirty Bucket Brewing Co. was tossed up they realized there truly was no other name that better describes our passion. By creating smaller batches they are able to maintain an intimate level of craftsmanship and rotate different styles of beers more frequently giving customers a wide range of beers to choose from
