The morning begins with an hour long, all levels, Yoga practice. Immediately following our practice we will move to the bar for a pint of your favorite craft brew (or cider), with so many taps to choose from, you can't go wrong! Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some delicious beer and get to know your community.
