The morning begins with an hour long, all levels, Yoga practice. Immediately following our practice we will move to the bar for a pint of your favorite Chainline brew. Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some of Seattle's finest craft beers, and get to know your community.
About the Venue: Inspired by the active outdoor lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest and situated alongside Kirkland’s brand new bicycle corridor, Chainline Brewing's goal is to provide the Seattle area with the finest locally-made Northwest style Ales and Lagers.
About the Teacher: Lindsey is a firm believer that a moving body is a healthy body...which is how she explains why she can rarely sit still. She is a born and raised Seattle girl that has been teaching yoga and fitness classes since she escaped from her life as a salesman seven years ago. It is her goal to inspire her students to push themselves beyond the limits of what they think they are capable of and find humor in their most challenging moments. It's just yoga, right? She loves to create sequences that incorporate strength building and encourages her students to be easy on themselves. Lindsey believes that every time you step on your mat it's progress.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. You must be 21 to attend this event.
What should I bring?
A Yoga mat, water bottle and an attitude of gratitude
What time do doors open?
Doors open at 10am, we advise arriving early to give you a chance to set up your mat and get to know those around you
Can I bring my children?
We love the little ones and they are welcome to join you once the yoga class has finished

No, tickets are not transferrable
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Nope. In fact, we encourage you to use your moblie ticket. Save the trees!
